Personal Data We Collect
As a client or potential client, we collect your name, your email address, your organisation phone number, and your business address in order to contact you and undertake business with you. We also collect this information in order to process your details on our accountancy and payment systems. Your data is also collected and stored in order to comply with regulations dictated by HMRC. We will only contact you in regards to services that are potentially beneficial and relevant to your business.
The only information we collect and store is information that you have personally provided us with in order to receive our services. In addition, data is also acquired through public forums. We frequently contact businesses based on the contact information publicly shared on their company website or shared with a business directory.
How Your Data is Stored
Your data is stored on our business Gmail account, Wave (our accountancy software), Stripe (our credit card processor), Transferwise (our borderless account holder), and & Co (our contract partner). All of our partners are compliant with relevant privacy and data processing legislation. We do not have access to your financial or credit card details, these are securely held by Stripe and Transferwise. All of your data is password protected. We do not share your personal details with third parties.

If at any point you would like us to:

Legally, we are required to store your personal data for six years so that we are compliant with UK tax laws. If you would like us to delete your data then we will happily do so after this period.
How we Protect Your Privacy On Our Website
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How Long we Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
